Worship, outreach and mission news.
We cannot fully know why a Methodist church has existed in this place since 1796, but we do know that Methodism, as laid out by John Wesley, flourished under the direction of class leaders, persons of spiritual strength and insight. Just as the church originally began on the day of Pentecost and was perpetuated by the disciples and other Christians who carried the message into other parts of the know world, so the early disciples at Center practiced their Christian beliefs in an enduring fashion from 1796 to the present.
